TaskWall owns and operates a number of different sites on the Web. TaskWall is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. The intent of this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") is to detail the information TaskWall might gather about individuals who visit TaskWall Sites, how that information is used, and our disclosure practices. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to websites owned and operated by TaskWall, and not to the sites of other companies or organizations to which we provide links. By using any TaskWall Sites, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference herein to this Privacy Policy.

Your Consent for Our Collection, Use and Disclosure (US based users only)

Typically, we will seek consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information at the time of collection. In certain circumstances, consent may be sought after the information has been collected but before use (for example, when we want to use information for a purpose not previously identified). The form of consent that we seek, including whether it is express or implied, will largely depend on the sensitivity of the personal information and the reasonable expectations of the individual in the circumstances. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. If you wish to withdraw your consent at any time, please contact us as set out below. We will not, as a condition of the supply of a product or service, require you to consent to the collection, use or disclosure of information beyond that required to fulfill the explicitly specified and legitimate purposes for which the information is being provided.

What Personal Information We Collect

When you sign up for TaskWall Sites, you will be required to share information that identifies you personally. "Personal Information" refers to any information that identifies you, either directly or indirectly. Examples of Personal Information include, without limitation, your first name together with your last name, your credit card number, your mailing address and/or email address, and your phone number. The categories that TaskWall collects to provide various services including market research, advertising, or personalization, include but are not limited to: Personal Identifying Information (PII), Geolocation Data, Professional, Financial or Employment Data, Health & fitness info, and other relevant information that may be required for TaskWall to reasonably provide its business services to you. TaskWall will only collect Personal Information (PII) that you have elected to submit to us, giving TaskWall the ability to reasonably provide its' business services to you.

When We Collect Personal Information

Generally, we collect Personal Information when you provide it to us by signing up on TaskWall Sites, filling out surveys or questionnaires, joining our mailing list, corresponding with us, entering one of our sweepstakes or contests, choosing to submit testimonials, stories, photos or the like to the TaskWall Sites, or otherwise volunteering information about yourself. TaskWall usually collects Personal Information so that it can provide you with TaskWall's goods or services. TaskWall may also use your Personal Information for other reasons, including updating you on TaskWall's services, news and special offers, and enabling third party services in which your explicit consent is given. If you are based in the US, TaskWall will do this (unless you choose to "opt-out" as described in the "Choice/Opt-out" section below).If you are based in the EU, we will only send you marketing messages when you tick the relevant boxes when you set up an account with us. If you have consented to receiving marketing from us, you can opt out at any time. If you don't provide some of the Personal Information TaskWall asks for, it may be unable to provide you with TaskWall goods or services.

Why We Collect Personal Information

We collect this information for the purposes described in the section titled “How Do We Use Your Personal Information”. The lawful basis for which we process your information is:

• your consent;
• processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party. If you fail to provide this information we may be unable to perform the contract.
• processing is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.
• processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interest pursued by us or a third party, except where your rights as a data subject override our legitimate interest.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information

We will use your Personal Information:

• to provide you with services, products or information you have requested.
• to provide you with information about future products and services we think may be of interest to you, including third party products and services.
• for administration purposes including to create an account for you if you register with us. to notify you about changes to our services; as part of our efforts to keep our site safe and secure. and to ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer. and
• to make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods or services that may interest you.
• in conjunction with third party service partners, where your consent is explicitly provided, including collecting and sharing users' data from TaskWall app directly to a third party via libraries and/or SDKs included in the TaskWall app.

TaskWall collects/transmits/syncs/stores users' Installed packages to enable the Play Games feature, after explicit consent is granted to TaskWall and its' Third Party partner, in order to provide a personalized gaming experience, track apps installed to users' device, and track gameplay data, including length of time played.

We will only use your personal information for electronic marketing purposes if we are allowed to do this by law or if we have your consent. If you agree to us providing you with marketing information, you can always opt out at a later date. If you would rather not receive marketing material from us, please let us know at any time by opting out of marketing communications in your account settings.

Anonymous User Information

TaskWall collects or may collect some information each time you visit TaskWall Sites so we can improve the overall quality of your online experience. We collect or may collect your IP address, referral data, and browser and platform type. You do not have to register on the TaskWall Sites or provide any Personal Information to us before we can collect this anonymous information. TaskWall assigns an anonymous ID number to your requests and links the following additional data to that anonymous ID number: the date and time you visited, your search terms, and the links you choose to click. Like most standard Web site servers, we use log files to collect and store this anonymous user information. TaskWall analyzes the information to determine trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Correspondence

If you contact TaskWall, we may keep a record of that correspondence and we may collect your email address for archival purposes but will not use, transfer or sell your email address except as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Links

TaskWall Sites contain links to other sites on the Web. Please be aware that Adsend is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave the TaskWall Sites and to read the privacy statements of each and every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by TaskWall Sites.

Third Party Advertisements

TaskWall Sites may contain links to various other sites that are not owned by the TaskWall. While TaskWall makes every effort to ensure that its advertisers post clear and complete privacy policies and observe appropriate data practices, each of these sites has a privacy policy that may differ from that of TaskWall. The privacy practices of other websites and companies are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Please be aware that TaskWall is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. TaskWall encourages you to be aware when you leave the TaskWall Sites and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collect personally identifiable information. TaskWall may allow other companies, called third party ad servers or ad networks, to display advertisements on the TaskWall Sites or in TaskWall emails to you. Some of these ad networks may place a persistent cookie on your computer. Doing this allows them to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad networks may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. TaskWall does not have access to or control over the cookies that may be placed by these parties on your computer, and has no control over these parties' privacy policies or information collection practices. Except as specifically set forth in this Privacy Policy, TaskWall does not to provide your Personal Information to its advertisers unless you make the choice to share it with them. TaskWall occasionally passes Personally Identifiable Information via a secure interface to certain of its advertisers for the purpose of making it easier for you to sign up for their offers. However, this information is only to be used by the advertiser if you agree to submit the information to the advertiser for the purposes of completing an offer. In the event that TaskWall is unable to capture your transaction detail, TaskWall may need to validate your transaction with an advertiser or merchant partner to ensure that your account is credited. The validation information shared is used solely for this purpose and may include your first name, last name, email address, mailing address or date of birth. TaskWall will require that these third parties comply with the information practices set forth in this Privacy Policy and that the information not be shared or used for any other purpose. TaskWall may share non-personally identifiable information collected via the service in aggregate, anonymous form with advertisers or other third parties so that they may better evaluate what products and services are most appealing to different segments of TaskWall's user base. TaskWall does not disclose your first name, last name, address, email address, or any other Personal Information to these third parties unless you give your express consent.

TaskWall may set and access cookies on your computer. A cookie is a small data file that a Web site may send to your browser and which may then be stored on your system. We use both session cookies and persistent cookies. For the session cookie, once you close the browser, the cookie terminates. These action tags allow us to compile statistics and other data about our customers on an aggregate basis, by embedding a random identifying number on each user's browser. We then track where that number shows up on our site. Cookies help us track your responses to our market research surveys, to record statistics behind special offers,etc., however, we will never share such personally identifiable information with third parties except as set forth below under "Sharing." Sharing

Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose Personal Information when required by law, where we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding or administrative legal, a criminal investigation, a court order, or legal process served on TaskWall Sites. We may also share your Personal Information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of TaskWall Sites' terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. Personal Information collected by TaskWall may be disclosed to third parties to whom TaskWall contracts out specialized goods or services (such as IT service providers). If TaskWall does disclose Personal Information to third party contractors, TaskWall takes steps to ensure that those contractors: Comply with their obligations under applicable privacy laws; and Are authorized only to use Personal Information in order to provide the goods and services required by TaskWall. TaskWall may also disclose your Personal Information to third parties where it has your express permission to do so, or where it can reasonably be inferred from the circumstances that you consent to the disclosure to the third parties, in order to provide you with personalized services that you expressed interest in, including Play Games. TaskWall tries to limit the information it provides to third parties to the information they need to help TaskWall provide goods and services to you.

Mergers; Business Transitions

In the event TaskWall goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users' Personal Information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred, unless such a transfer will violate any applicable law.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): Data Privacy Practices:

When you sign up for the TaskWall Sites, you will be required to share information that identifies you personally. "Personal Information" refers to any information that identifies you, either directly or indirectly. Examples of Personal Information include, without limitation, your first name together with your last name, your mailing address and/or email address, and your phone number. You may elect to share additional information with TaskWall to complete your Market Research profile. You may edit, share, or delete the information provided to us directly from the "My Account" section within the TaskWall dashboard.

Per your rights under the CCPA, you may review & access, correct, update, modify, delete, or anonymize your personal information at anytime:

• You, or an authorized agent, may email us and request removal of your account at privacy@TaskWall.top. Please note, in accordance with the CCPA, you will be asked to verify your identity and/or account ownership.
• You, or an authorized agent, may close your account at anytime by simply logging in to TaskWallp.top or the TaskWallup App and using the Account Removal tool within the "My Account - Account Info" section of the main menu.

Right to Opt-out of Data Sharing (CCPA)

Per your rights under the CCPA, you may choose to Opt-out and stop allowing TaskWall from sharing your Personal Information.

In the event you opt-out of data sharing, any personal information that you have provided will cease to be shared with TaskWall partners and 3rd party vendors. You may lose access to many features and opportunities within the TaskWall Site or App in which Personal Identifying Information is required for the functionality, such as providing Market Research and other relevant services. At any time after opt-out, you may choose to opt-in to reactivate any TaskWall services that were previously deactivated by your privacy settings.

Choice/Opt-out

Our goal is to keep you in control of the Personal Information you provide to us. Accordingly, you can review, correct, change or remove any personal registration information you provide to TaskWall. In order to "opt-out" and elect not to receive future communications from us, please email us at support@taskwall.top. You may also opt-out of receiving communication from us by visiting https://taskwall.top/index/user and toggling off the “Communication Settings”.

Please note that as long as you remain a TaskWall user, opting not to receive email does not exempt you from receiving administrative emails, which include, but are not limited to, notices about vital service and status changes or alterations to TaskWall's Terms.

How Long We Keep your Personal Information for

We keep your information for no longer than is necessary. We will retain your information for any period required by law, and where we are not under a legal obligation to retain your information, we will determine what is necessary by reference to the lawful basis for processing set out above and our legitimate interests. Notification of Changes

We do reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes in places on the TaskWall Sites deemed appropriate by us so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we would disclose it. If, however, we are going to use Personal Information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users by posting a notice on TaskWall Sites for at least 30 days. Your continued use of TaskWall Sites after the changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, please discontinue your use of TaskWall Sites.

Special Notification with respect to Children's Privacy (Users under the age of 13)

In response to concerns about protecting childrens privacy online, Congress enacted the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), which sets forth rules and procedures governing the ways in which Web sites may collect, use and disclose any personal information for children under the age of 13. Security

We use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to safeguard the security of your Personal Information; however transmissions made on or through the Internet are vulnerable to attack and cannot be guaranteed to be secure. You hereby acknowledge that TaskWall is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.

Your Rights if you are Based in the EU

If you have created an account with us, you can sign into your account to access and update your information. You can manage your marketing preferences at any time by opting out of any marketing emails from your account page. You have a right to ask us to confirm whether we are processing information about you, and to request access to this information (‘right of access’). You also have the right to be informed of the safeguards we have in place relating to any transfers of your information to another country. You may ask us, or we may ask you, to rectify information you or we think is inaccurate, and you may also ask us to remove information which is inaccurate or complete information which is incomplete (‘right to rectification’). If you are based in the US: Although TaskWall houses its data in the United States, it is possible that some of data processing may occur outside of the United States. While the data protection laws of these countries may vary, TaskWall will make every reasonable effort to protect your information based upon the express terms of this Privacy Policy. By enrolling in the service, you consent to this transfer of your personal data to any server used by TaskWall.

If you are based in the EU: When you signed up to TaskWall.top you agreed that we may transfer your Personal Information to the USA for the purposes listed in this policy. Rest assured that we will always ensure any transfer is subject to appropriate security measures to safeguard your Personal Information.
